Characteristics of NeedlEx
@
กNeedlEx is easy to operate for extraction and excellent in the reproducibility.
The objective sample is sucked by NeedlEx installed to the gas sampler and extrated selectively in a short time.
กThe absorbed sample can be stored in the NeedlEx.
The extracted sample is stored for approximately ten days by the teflon lod plugs for both ends of NeedlEx.
กNo additional apparatus needs for the adsorption and desorption if sample.
The adsorption and desorption of sample is performed by thr heat of injection port of gas chromatograph. The extracted sample is injected into GC with 1mL N2 by the gas tight syringe.
กNeedlEx can be used repeatably.
By conditioning NeedlEx in the injection port of GC for 3 minutes after analysis, repeat use can be performed about 25 - 30 times.

1) Organic solvent type
The extraction limit depend on solvents. In the case of below 100ng/mL of the organic solvent concentration in the air, please refer to the sampling volume listed below..B

2) Trimethylamine type
Trimethylamine can be extracted until 200ng (as an absolute amount)
3) Fatty acid type
Propionic acid, Isobutyric acid, n-Butyric acid, Isovaleric acid can be extracted until 10ug (as an absolute amount)
4) Petroleum type
Gasoline can be sampled until 100mL and Kerosene & Light oil can be sampled until 200mL.

œDisposal each parts of NeedlEx according to the type.
In the case of the needle of the NeedlEx, please dispose as a waste metal after putting the needle away in a metal.
